제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 Sublevel Games(이하 “회사”)가 제공하는 “Dot and Dot” 게임 서비스(이하 “서비스”)의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (용어의 정의)

1. “서비스”란 회사가 토스 앱을 통해 제공하는 “Dot and Dot” 웹게임을 의미합니다.
2. “이용자”란 본 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 자를 의미합니다.
3. “개인정보”란 이용자의 이름 등 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보를 의미합니다.

제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

1. 본 약관은 이용자가 서비스를 이용함과 동시에 효력이 발생합니다.
2. 회사는 필요한 경우 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 서비스 내 공지를 통해 이용자에게 고지합니다.
3. 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우, 이용자는 서비스 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다.

제4조 (서비스의 제공)

1. 회사는 토스 앱 내에서 “Dot and Dot” 게임 서비스를 제공합니다.
2. 서비스는 연중무휴, 1일 24시간 제공함을 원칙으로 하나, 기술적 문제 등으로 일시적으로 중단될 수 있습니다.
3. 회사는 서비스의 품질 향상을 위해 정기적인 점검을 실시할 수 있습니다.

제5조 (개인정보의 수집 및 이용)

1. 회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 최소한의 개인정보(이름)를 수집합니다.
2. 수집된 개인정보는 다음의 목적으로만 이용됩니다:
   • 게임 내 사용자 식별
   • 게임 순위 표시
   • 서비스 개선
3. 회사는 이용자의 동의 없이 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
4. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간은 서비스 이용 기간 동안입니다.

제6조 (이용자의 의무)

1. 이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다:
   • 타인의 정보를 도용하는 행위
   • 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위
   • 불법적이거나 부당한 목적으로 서비스를 이용하는 행위
   • 타인에게 불쾌감을 주는 행위
2. 이용자는 본 약관 및 관련 법령을 준수해야 합니다.

제7조 (서비스 이용의 제한)

회사는 이용자가 본 약관을 위반한 경우 서비스 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.

제8조 (면책조항)

1. 회사는 천재지변, 전쟁 등 불가항력으로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
2. 회사는 이용자의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용의 장애에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
3. 회사는 무료로 제공되는 서비스와 관련하여 발생한 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

제9조 (분쟁의 해결)

1. 본 약관과 관련된 분쟁은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해결합니다.
2. 서비스 이용과 관련된 분쟁이 발생한 경우, 양 당사자는 상호 협의하여 해결하도록 노력합니다.

Dot and Dot Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) establish the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Sublevel Games (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) and users regarding the use of the “Dot and Dot” game service (hereinafter referred to as “Service”).

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. “Service” means the “Dot and Dot” web game provided by the Company through the Toss app.
2. “User” means a person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
3. “Personal Information” means information that can identify an individual, such as the user’s name.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Modification of Terms)

1. These Terms become effective when the user begins using the Service.
2. The Company may modify these Terms as necessary, and any changes will be notified to users through announcements within the Service.
3. If a user does not agree to the modified Terms, they may discontinue using the Service.

Article 4 (Provision of Service)

1. The Company provides the “Dot and Dot” game service within the Toss app.
2. The Service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle, but may be temporarily suspended due to technical issues.
3. The Company may conduct regular maintenance to improve service quality.

Article 5 (Collection and Use of Personal Information)

1. The Company collects minimal personal information (name) to provide the Service.
2. The collected personal information is used only for the following purposes:
   • User identification within the game
   • Display of game rankings
   • Service improvement
3. The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without user consent.
4. Personal information is retained and used during the service usage period.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

1. Users must not engage in the following activities:
   • Stealing others’ information
   • Interfering with normal service operations
   • Using the Service for illegal or improper purposes
   • Causing discomfort to others
2. Users must comply with these Terms and relevant laws.

Article 7 (Restriction of Service Use)

The Company may restrict service use if a user violates these Terms.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company is not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure such as natural disasters or war.
2. The Company is not responsible for service usage difficulties caused by user negligence.
3. The Company is not responsible for damages related to services provided free of charge.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

1. Disputes related to these Terms shall be resolved according to the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. In case of disputes related to service use, both parties shall make efforts to resolve them through mutual consultation.
